“Bring Your Tractor to School Day” is an FFA annual tradition that has been around for over 20 years now. This FFA event has always been the student’s favorite to participate in and set up. “Bring Your Tractor to School Day” is a good way to show students and the community agriculture in a fun and exciting way.
Normally, this certain FFA event is held during National FFA Week, but due to the weather it had to be rescheduled. This year six students participated, driving all the way from their house to school with their tractor. The students were Shane Leakey, Brendan Gant, Ben Dana, Corbin Calvert, Landon Leslie, John Patrick Rowan, and Thomas Steffens. Leakey, Gant, and Dana all came a long way to bring their tractors to the school.
Any lunch shift could go out to see the tractors and ask the owners questions about the tractors. “Bring Your Tractor to School Day” Is a fun and exciting event for everyone involved and the students can’t wait until next year!
