This past weekend, Deputy Brian Bush and his wife teamed up with the RHS Spartanettes Dance Team and hosted a self-defense class. The class was open to everyone that wanted to participate. They talked about fears they had and were shown how to protect themselves. Deputy Bush taught them how to get out of situations rather than how to fight. They learned how to get away if they were attacked and how to get rid of their attacker. The class was beneficial for those that attended. This is something that the Spartanettes hope to continue through the years.
